Adam Hart, old friend and student of Chogyam Trungpa’s, will give a series of six brief talks as part of our Friday morning sessions (in place of walking meditation}. These will take place on the first Friday of each month. The first, titled ‘Openness and resilience’, will be this coming week, Fri 7 Oct.
